Officer positions

I'm going to be blunt: We need to reform the officer positions of the guild. As I understand it Kamer and Sarien, both of you are handling RL issues, which I'm fine with. But while you're gone and preoccupied we need people with some sort of guild control. (Elquince, whoever that is, does not qualify as an officer in my book.)

People who can objectively up-rank people (not that rank ever meant much, but some people take that stuff seriously)

People who can set up events on the calendar, promoting communication and unity.

People who have experience running dungeons, who know what to expect, who can be called upon for a veteran hand.

I know both of ya'll haven't been on much but Verdracee, perineumhunt, and Galamagnus have made leaping strides to advance this guild. Even I would like to get Manlaw at least some sort of officer status so I can set up events on the calendar again.

But hey, I'll understand if you don't want to officer anyone. I just need to know that you have no intention of making any new officers.

We do have intentions of making new officers just be patient. After all RL Crisis's come first and foremost.
I am gonna be talking to Kamer about this as soon as we have the time.

Until then if you would like to set up a dungeon or anything please feel free to send me a message on here and I will get it via my email and set it up for you.

As much as i have looked at playing a larger role and to the degree of holding an officer position, My RL is now undergoing some shifts, which will limit my availabilty and online time. My hope is that things will settle down in a cpl months and i will be back on track.

I am moving out of my current residence and my wife and i are seperated, so dealing with new schedules with kids, school and work, as those that know is a juggling act.

I will be on periodically but not with a lot of regularity. I will try to make time for guild runs when posted and if u see me in game and need a spot filled somewhere else and im able i will try and fill it.

If it looks like i might still be a viable candidate for an officer i will do everything i can, in game to help.

Well, thats it for now, and sry to get a little personal but thats life and i'm ok with it all.
